The Articles of Association set out the basic details of the Company, such as the purpose of the Company, share capital, financial statements and business year, and organisation of the Company. They also provide detailed rules about the running of the Company, such as those regarding Shareholders’ Meetings and the responsibilities and proceedings of the Board of Directors.
The right to amend the Articles of Association is vested in the Shareholders’ Meeting. The current Articles of Association were confirmed by the Shareholders at a General Meeting held on 13 May 2025. You can find and download the Company’s current Articles of Association here.
