We want our values to be more than nice words - we want our values to be what our people truly feel and live by. Therefore, we asked all of our staff to collaborate with us in defining our values. Here is what our people said to best describe our values and what we want to live by as one big team.

It all comes down to our customers and keeping them happy. Our customers are at the heart of what we do, why we exist, and whom we serve. Serving our customers is why we have a right to be in the market. We want to create solutions that wow our customers and appear as if we had read their minds and desires. Every day, hour, and minute, we strive to give them the best possible customer experience.

Entrepreneurial spirit

Entrepreneurial Spirit

We embrace the entrepreneurial spirit that has guided us since our foundation and that our employees year after year state to cherish most with us. We move fast, stay agile, have low hierarchies, avoid unnecessary bureaucracy, and think about spending money as if it was coming out of our personal pocket. We are curious to learn new things and innovative in finding solutions.

We communicate openly, transparently, respectfully and honestly with each other and all our stakeholders. We are realistic with our planning and speak up when we see issues or risks. We make no excuses and are straightforward in what we do and how we speak.

Respect is how we feel about others and treat them. We respect our customers – internal and external ones such as our colleagues, partners, investors, consumers, and businesses - all our stakeholders evenly in all our actions and communications. We also show this respect by taking accountability for our actions in a broader social context by taking care of nature’s limited resources and running our business sustainably.

We can only achieve the highest outcomes by working together in teams. In these teams, we support each other and stand up for each other. We can make mistakes without being judged, and we learn together from those mistakes. We have each other’s back, and, like a family, we stick together, fight together, and when we achieve our goals, we celebrate together.
