This year, we celebrate a major milestone, 20 years since we began our journey.
Along the way, our vision has evolved, as it should. Every few years, we’ve refined it to reflect our growth, ambition, and the world around us. But what has remained constant is our deeper purpose.
Our core has always remained the same, but we’ve refined our mission to be more focused and intentional. What started as “Making finance more than money” has evolved into: “Democratise financial services through digitalisation, making them fast, easy, and green.” It reflects the real impact we aim to create accessible, sustainable financial solutions that add tangible value to people’s lives.
Our values have grown with us, customer centricity, respect, candour, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ve expanded them with a new focus: winning teams. Because we’ve learned that our success is never about individuals, it’s about how we win together.
That’s why this year’s anniversary theme is all about sports, a celebration of what it means to show up for each other, play as a team, and win as one. We traveled back to where it all began, to Finland. Vierumäki, a sports and leisure haven in the heart of the country, is surrounded by pine forests and a serene lake.
As Finland’s national training center, it blends nature, purpose, and simplicity. Mornings start with mist over the water, evenings end with quiet fires and deep conversations. No distractions, just space to breathe, connect, and reset. The perfect place to come together and look ahead.
Over four days, from September 18th to 21st, Multitude’s employees and leaders came together to get to know each other better, to plays sports together as teams and to enjoy each other’s company. We reflected on 20 years of Multitude, but we were not just looking back. We’re looking ahead, with energy, purpose, and one clear vision:
