Multitude is working to drive positive social impact for stakeholders and an important part of this is ensuring an inclusive work environment for everyone.
Why do so many businesses invest in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and why is it on the agenda of leading firms?

Diversity has long been part of our DNA with over 40 nationalities represented by Multitude employees located across Europe, Canada, and Asia.
"We actively seek candidates from various backgrounds, promoting transparency and fairness throughout the recruitment process to ensure diverse hiring practices and equal opportunities for all." Natália Zemková (HR Generalist)
Drawing from this diversity, we are striving to ensure a culture that values diverse ideas, skills, and experiences. At Multitude, we recognise that diverse teams better serve diverse customer segments and enable product innovation across different markets. Our customers are the reason we exist, and our people are why we can deliver fast, easy, and fully digitalised financial services to customers. We aim to foster an engaged workforce where everyone feels safe and can participate in meaningful work in an environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit, candour, and personal career growth, underpinned by an agile way of working.
It is in our core; it is in our values!

What actions do we regularly take?
In May, we launched Diversity and Inclusion Week to support awareness on the importance of diversity and inclusion and on actions to further drive an inclusive culture. We also wanted to enable the addressing of broader societal needs for inclusive societies by launching the discussion during EU Diversity Month.
Multitude Diversity and Inclusion Week provided a platform to celebrate our diversity, explore the meanings attached to these topics and identify areas where we want to accelerate.
Is Multitude reflecting a diverse and inclusive culture? What can we do better?

To delve deeper into issues, we conducted a survey on diversity and inclusion. Employees’ responses highlighted the strength of our diversity and efforts to cultivate a sense of belonging for our staff coming from different parts of the world and how we work to achieve shared outcomes supported by zero tolerance for discrimination.

Our teams are encouraged to leverage diversity to innovate and find solutions for our stakeholders including our customers, investors, and partners listening to multiple viewpoints, and using the unique skillsets that each person brings.

Efforts, skills, and empathy is the best recipe for success!
We continue to drive initiatives that build diverse and inclusive teams, providing platforms for discussion, and learning support to address specific topics on diversity and inclusion. We are excited to continue our conversation on diversity and inclusion beyond Diversity and Inclusion Week and to monitor our progress in this area using insights from our engagement.
