The transfer of the registered office of Multitude SE from Finland to Malta in accordance with Article 8 of the Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 of 8 October 2001 on the Statute for a European company (SE) took place on 30 June 2024. Prior to the transfer, the Company voluntarily applied the Finnish Corporate Governance Code published by the Finnish Securities Market Association. Following the transfer, the Company does not continue to voluntarily apply the Finnish Corporate Governance Code, nor has it adopted to apply either the Maltese Corporate Governance Code (i.e., the code of the jurisdiction of its domicile after the transfer) or the German Corporate Governance Code (i.e., the code of the jurisdiction of its listing venue). However, the Company intends, for the time being, to apply the corporate governance principles as consistently applied prior to the transfer.
